How does it work?

You decide to engage with schools, for example, within a 20-mile radius of your business, live project or tender.
Using existing contacts and agreements, we will contact the schools within the location to make them aware of the broadcast, the contents, and why their pupils would be interested.
Schools register for the event via our secure portal.
We create a login to the portal for you and test this a couple of days before the event to ensure things run smoothly.
On the day, you will join our live broadcast 10 minutes before the broadcast.
The teachers from participating schools will join via our secure portal.
We will make the introductions and hand them over to you to run through your pre-prepared presentation.
Students can ask questions live via their teacher and our online chat function. We will facilitate and ask you questions throughout the broadcast, giving you the opportunity to respond live.
At the end of the broadcast, we will edit the recording, which will be broadcast regularly online and made available to you for future use.
We will provide you with metrics and convert these to the relevant social value measurement being used on your project.
